Structural remediation and refurbishment works to the Brunswick Town Hall and Library.

Works included underpinning of the perimeter walls, removal and replacement of 1200m² structural flooring, refurbishment of toilet and amenity facilities, staff offices and library interior.

The construction of new offices, training and meeting rooms along with architectural lighting works and remediation of the existing heritage facade was also completed as part of this project.
