Fercon were awarded the contract for the refurbishment and extension of the existing North Melbourne Recreation Centre.

Construction included the demolition of the existing building and structural alterations and upgrade to allow the creation of clear-span areas. Works also included remediation of the existing façade, new glazing and door units and the introduction of extensive window signage and architectural finishes.
