Construction of a new sporting pavilion and the landscaping works to the surrounds. These works include the construction of social rooms, commercial kitchen, changing rooms, first aid, storage rooms and disability toilets.

Construction works also included extensive hard and soft landscaping and alterations to the existing car park.
