Extension and refurbishment of an existing kindergarten including new playroom, wet areas, stores, kitchen and main entry areas. Works included the upgrade and relocation of incoming services with interfacing works completed during school holiday periods.

Construction included a combination of brick veneer, Sycon matrix and foam render cladding along with landscaping of surrounds.

Works were largely undertaken within an operational facility and co-ordinated in consultation with the client and project consultants.
